COUNTY OF HAWAII ~ . -STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 315 ORDINANCE N0.98 X30 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC]L OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division I, section 24-260, schedule 8 (45 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawau County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the following item: Route 132, from the Pohoiki Road Junction to Route 137.] SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-263, schedule 11 (55 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawau County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: ~ u r i z~ rhP pohoiki Road Junction to Route 137 SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
