Enclosed is a resolution <br /> amending Resolution No. 371-07, which had earlier authorized the County of Hawai'i to <br /> enter into a multi-year lease agreement specifically for the satellite Elections Office <br /> located at the Pahoa Market Place Shopping Center. This amendment allows for the <br /> office space to be used initially by the Pahoa Council Office and if vacated in the future, <br /> to be used for other County needs. <br /> To have this resolution heard at the same time with Resolution No. 271-09 and due to <br /> the urgency of this matter, we would like to request a waiver from the Finance <br /> Committee and to have it heard at the Council meeting scheduled for <br /> December 2, 2009. <br /> <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Property Manager Kenneth <br /> Van Bergen. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ~ I <br /> Nancy E.
