NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> 1 "County community or development plan" means a relatively <br /> <br /> 2 detailed plan for an area or region within a county to implement <br /> <br /> 3 the objectives and policies of a county general plan. <br /> 4 "Housing project" means a plan, design, or undertaking for <br /> <br /> 5 the development of single- or multi-family housing, including <br /> <br /> 6 any affordable housing component which may be required by the <br /> <br /> 7 county council. A housing project may also include ancillary <br /> 8 uses such as commercial and industrial uses which are an <br /> <br /> 9 integral part of the development." <br /> <br /> 10 SECTION 5. Section 92-6, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br /> <br /> 11 amended to read as follows: <br /> 12 §92-6 Judicial branch, quasi-judicial boards and <br /> <br /> 13 investigatory functions; applicability.
