No. 594/Res 266-09 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> Ben Franklin Building, 2"d Floor <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 11:16 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 266-09, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 266-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication <br /> No. 594, dated October 20, 2009, authorizes the Director of Finance to dispose real properties, <br /> identified by Tax Map Keys (3)5-4-002-008 (tank site) and (3)5-4-003-016 (chlorinator site), to <br /> the water board of the County of Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The County of Hawaii obtained the aforementioned properties in 1961 from the Kohala Sugar <br /> Company. Presently, the Department of Water Supply maintains the tank and the chlorinator <br /> sites.
