BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the Mayor is hereby requested to transfer allocation of all County funded vacant positions <br />throughout the County of Hawaii into the Budget Stabilization Fund, Account <br />Number 010.801.5801.53.341. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the allocation transferred into the Budget <br />Stabilization Fund shall not be spent this fiscal year, and will be utilized to address Fiscal <br />Year 2010-2011 projected budgetary shortfalls. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the <br />Honorable Mayor William P.
