BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the conditions of this resolution shall not apply to <br />police and fire recruits that are currently and actively participating in the recruitment training <br />program. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this <br />resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P.
