For the past three <br /> events, a portion of the tournament's proceeds was designated to donate Automated <br /> External Defibrillators (AED) to the Big Island community in Dr. Mamiya's name. Three (3) <br /> Automated External Defibrillators, valued at $6,095.72, are being donated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation and will be placed at the Afook-Chinen Civic Center, <br /> the Edith Kanaka'ole Tennis Stadium, and the Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution accepting the Automated External Defibrillators from Richard T. <br /> Mamiya M.D., Queen's Physician Office Building, 1380 Lusitana Street, Suite 710, <br /> Honolulu, Hawai'i 96813. <br /> <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Nancy E.
