<br />COUNTY OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />BILL NO. 184 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAW AI'I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE- <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL- 7,500 SQUARE FEET (RS-7.5) AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL-l,OOO SQUARE FEET (RM-l) TO MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL- <br />1,500 SQUARE FEET (RM-1.5) AT KUKUAU IS\ SOUTH HILO, HAWAI'I, COVERED BY <br />TAX MAP KEY: 2-4-025:048,053, AND 080. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai'i <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification ofthe following area situated at Kukuau 1 S\ South Hilo, <br />Hawai'i, shall be Multiple-Family Residential- 1,500 square feet (RM-1.5): <br />PARCEL 1 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast comer of this parcel of land being also the southeast comer of Lot 9- <br />L-5, Land Court Application 1205 and on the southwesterly side of Kapiolani Street, the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br />"HALAI", being 462.44 feet South and 3,541.34 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured <br />clockwise from true South: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />3330 18' <br /> <br />30" <br /> <br />80.80 <br /> <br />feet along Kapiolani Street; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />490 56' <br /> <br />206.35 <br /> <br />feet along Lot 9-L-7, Ld.
