The purpose of this bill is to amend the Zoning Code to require wireless <br />telecommunication antennas and towers to obtain a Use Permit from the Planning Commission before <br />such use is established. <br /> <br />The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council on the request. <br /> <br />The draft bill is attached for your favorable consideration.
