The purpose of this bill is to amend the Zoning Code to require wireless telecommunication antennas and towers to obtain a Use Permit from the Planning Commission before such use is established. The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council on the request. The draft bill is attached for your favorable consideration.
