<br />N. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT. <br /> <br />1. If, for any cause, Grantee refuses or fails to <br /> <br />satisfactorily fulfill <br /> <br />in a timely or proper manner <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />obligations under this Contract or any extension thereof, or if <br /> <br />Grantee breaches any of the promises, terms or conditions of <br /> <br />this Contract and, having been given reasonable notice of and <br /> <br />opportunity to cure any such default, fails to take satisfactory <br /> <br />corrective action within the time specified by Agency, Agency <br /> <br />shall have the right to terminate this Contract by giving <br /> <br />written notice to Grantee of such termination 'ten (10) calendar <br /> <br />days before the effective date of such termination. <br /> <br />The Grantee <br /> <br />shall continue performance of the Contract to the extent it lS <br /> <br />not terminated. <br /> <br />Notwi thstanding termination of the Contract, <br /> <br />and subject to any directions from the Agency, the Grantee shall <br /> <br />take timely, reasonable, and necessary action to protect and <br /> <br />preserve property in the possession of the Grantee in which the <br /> <br />Agency has an interest. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Furthermore, <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />may <br /> <br />terminate <br /> <br />. <br />this <br /> <br />Contract without statement of cause at any time by giving <br /> <br />written notice to Grantee of such termination at least thirty <br /> <br />(30) <br /> <br />calendar <br /> <br />days <br /> <br />before <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />effective <br /> <br />date <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />termination. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />In the event of termination of either type, <br /> <br />Revised S/09 <br /> <br />20 <br />
