S. C. ~H3 3711 et seq., as amended <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Act"), was enacted to make grants to States and <br /> <br />units of local government, for use by the State or unit of local <br /> <br />government to provide additional personnel, equipment, supplies, <br /> <br />contractual <br /> <br />support, <br /> <br />training, <br /> <br />technical <br /> <br />assistance, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />information systems for criminal justice, including for anyone <br /> <br />or more of the following programs: <br /> <br />(1) Law enforcement programs. <br /> <br />(2) Prosecution and court programs. <br /> <br />(3) Prevention and education programs. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "I" <br />
