<br />Governments, and Office of Management and Budget circulars and <br /> <br />the effective edition of the Office of Justice Programs' <br /> <br />financial manual entitled "Financial Guide." <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Grantee <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />comply <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br /> <br />and local government which in any way affect its performance <br /> <br />under this Contract. <br /> <br />3. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br /> <br />audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br /> <br />Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. <br /> <br />4. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br /> <br />of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />Certification <br /> <br />Regarding <br /> <br />Drug-Free <br /> <br />Workplace <br /> <br />Requirements which meets the requirements of the Drug Free <br /> <br />Workplace Act of 1988 <br /> <br />(Pub. L. 100-690, Title V, Subtitle D, <br /> <br />D.S.C., Title 41, Chapter 10, ~702), hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />the "Drug-Free Workplace Certification". <br /> <br />A copy of the Drug- <br /> <br />Free Workplace Certification shall be included in Part IV of the <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Grant. <br /> <br />Grantee <br /> <br />covenants <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />representations made In the Drug-Free Workplace Certification <br /> <br />are true at the time this Contract lS executed and will remain <br /> <br />true throughout the entire term of this Contract and any <br /> <br />extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill all the requirements <br /> <br />Revised S/09 5 <br />
