I hereby certify that the foregoing RESOLUTION was by the vote indicated to the right hereof adopted by the COUNCIL of the County of Hawai`i on ATTEST: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it strongly urges the Hawai`i State Department of Transportation to instate a voluntary users donation of $2500 per day to each private aircraft parked at either the Hilo Intemational Airport or the Kona International Airport. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this donation be paid directly to a committee to be apportioned to each of the Island of Hawai`i's hospitals and other related care facilities. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this committee be operated by committee members chosen from the medical profession. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward copies of this resolution to the Honorable Mayor William Kenoi, the Director of the Department of Finance, the Honorable Governor Linda Lingle, the Director of the State of Hawai`i Department of Health, the Director of the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, the Honorable Senator Josh Green, the Honorable Senator Russell S.
