No. 679 /Res. 295 -10 <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br />Communication 679 and Resolution 295 -10, reports as follows: <br />Resolution 295 -10, transmitted via Communication No. 679 from Council Member Kelly Greenwell, <br />dated December 21, 2009, supports and encourages the expeditious completion of the building of <br />water, sewer and sold waste infrastructure in North Kona. <br />Council Member Ford and Committee Chair Enriques questioned the purpose of this resolution <br />and Council Member Greenwell explained the intent is to have a clear tool for communication <br />with other branches and echelons of government, and to have such resolutions available as an aid <br />to lobbying for funding. <br />Council Member Hoffmann asked if there are issues in moving forward with the various projects <br />mentioned in this resolution.
