Henricks of Council District 2 to the County of <br />Hawai'i Board of Ethics. Mr. Henricks is a 52 year resident of Hawaii. In 2000, he <br />retired as a Per Diem Judge from the State of Hawai'i Judiciary. <br />Mr. Henricks states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
