Lau <br />Deputy Managing Director <br />It is my pleasure to nominate Wilma Matsumura of Council District 2 to the Hawai'i <br />County Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission. <br />Ms. Matsumura is a 45 -year resident of Hawai'i. In 2004, she retired as a librarian with <br />the Hawaii State Public Library. <br />Her community service includes membership with the Hawai'i Public Library Friends, <br />Read to Me Advisory Board, and the ZONTA Club of Hilo. <br />Ms. Matsumura states that she is not affiliated with any political party.
