No. 726 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 726, reports as follows: <br />Communication No. 726, transmitted by Mayor Billy Kenoi, dated February 22, 2010, nominates <br />Ms. Wilma Matsumura of Council District 2 to serve on the Hawai`i County Public Access, <br />Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission. <br />A 45 -year resident of Hawai`i, Ms. Wilma Matsumura retired in 2004 as a librarian with the <br />Hawai`i State Public Library. Ms. Matsumura states that she is not affiliated with any political <br />party.
