Bill 210 was amended by the contents of Communication <br />No. 709.1, as duly approved by the council during its meeting on March 3, 2010. <br />The amendment came at the request of the County Clerk, due to an inadvertent omission in Bill <br />210 as a result of a procedural error. <br />Bill 210, Draft 2, has been referred from the council to the Committee on Public Safety and <br />Parks and Recreation. <br />Comm No. - 70 1 <br />Ref.
