Masunaga <br />Deputy <br />SUBJECT: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FY 2010 -2011 (CIP) <br />CORRECTION <br />� Z1 <br />rn <br />cn <br />Upon review of the printed version of the "County of Hawaii Part 11 Amendments to the <br />Proposed Capital Budget and Sit — Year Capital Improvements Program FY 2010-2011" <br />(CIP) document submitted to the County Council on March 1, 2010, Planning Department staff <br />found the following inaccuracy: <br />m <br />Police Department Holding Cell Improvements (FY No. 2010022) located in Table 1. List of <br />Projects and Proposed Funding Sources on page 7 should read 600 ($600,000) not 6,000 <br />($6,000,000). This inaccuracy is also present in tables on pp.9 -11, 13, and 16. In addition, this <br />error made the total appropriation request $5.4 million too high. The correct amount of the <br />FY2010 -11 Capital Improvements Budget should be $122,203,000.
