Kenoi, dated March 1, 2010, transmitting for consideration <br /> the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year <br /> July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and <br /> appropriations of $375,367,419 and includes the operations of 11 of the County's <br /> special funds as well as the general fund.
