The property is located approximately 130 feet south of the <br /> Komohana Street — Ponahawai Street intersection, Ponahawai, South lido, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant is requesting a change of zone from Agricultural -1 acre (A -1 a) to <br /> Neighborhood Commercial- 20.000 square feet (CN -20). Although the C'N zoned district <br /> allows a variety of commercial uses. the applicant's current plans are to construct an <br /> approximately 30,000 - square loot ollicc building which will be leased to tenants and/or <br /> used by the applicants.
