Article 26 of the Hawai'1 County Code. <br />(D) Exempt positions covered by this ordinance %yhtch have been assigned to <br />classifications and pay grades by the director of human resources shall he paid at excluded <br />managerial (Elvl). salary range (SR). and blue collar (13C) rates contained in appropriate collective <br />bargaining contracts and executive orders. <br />SECTION 4. Employment governed by budget and appropriation.
