J Yoshimoto, Council Chair and <br />Members of the Hawai'i County Council <br />Page 2 <br />March 22, 2010 <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to amend the Operating Budget and appropriate the <br />Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefits Funds for the Pahoa Recycling and <br />Transfer Station.
