Kenneth Goodenow, County Clerk .1` RI::: Proposed Amendments to Bill 231; the Salary Ordinance of 2010 For the Council's consideration, please lind attached proposed amendments to Bill 231, relating to the Salary Ordinance of 2010. The proposed amendments are illustrated below via Ramseyer format; material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored. A draft copy of Bill 231. Draft 2, is attached with these proposed amendments incorporated. I . SECTION 3 of Bill 231 is amended by amending the text portion only of Item (13), as provided prior to the Pay Grade scale, to rcad as follows: "(13) The salaries of the Executive Assistant to the Council Chairperson, Deputy Executive Assistant to the Council Chairperson, Legal Specialist, Administrative Assistant to Legislative Auditor, Administrative Assistant to the County Clerk, [Administrative Assistant to thc Legislative It .r.arch Branch,] Special Assistant, Audit Analyst. Legislative Specialist, Council Aide, Council Aide to the Chairperson, and Council Legislative Assistant of the Off ice of the County Council shall be at thc following rates:" '_.
