COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 201 <br />AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08 -64, AS AMENDED BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09 -13 AND ORDINANCE NO. 09 -102, RELATING TO EXTENDING <br />PUBLIC USE OF THE HALEKPI STREET EXTENSION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI I: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08 -64, as amended by Ordinance No. 09 -13 and Ordinance <br />No. 09 -102, is further amended by amending SECTION 3 to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 3. This ordinance shall sunset [ on September <br />4, 2010, or upon the opening of the Haleki`i Street Extension for public use. <br />Upon termination of the one -way restriction, the Haleki`i Street Extension <br />extending four thousand feet eastbound from the Mamalahoa Bypass Highway <br />will be closed to public traffic and will be available for emergency use only." <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br />material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
