Mr. Kaneshiro is 38 -year resident of Hawai'i. He retired in 2003, <br />as a state conservationist with the United States Department of Agriculture's Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service. <br />Mr. Kaneshiro presently is a member on the Mauna Kea Soil and Water Conservation <br />District, Hamakua Lions Club, and Honokaa Hongwanji. He states that he is a <br />Democrat.
