Date <br />;t <br />Enclosed is a resolution accepting a monetary contribution of $75,000 from the Na Leo <br />'0 Hawai'i, Inc., 91 Mohouli Street, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720, for production costs associated <br />with the videotaping of Council meetings for the period of April 1, 2010 to <br />March 31, 2011. Their contribution will ensure continued broadcasts of County Council <br />meetings on Na Leo, which is very important for an informed citizenry. <br />Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating <br />the funds into the Videotaping — Na Leo '0 Hawai'i account. <br />As it is advantageous for approval to be granted prior to the end of the current fiscal year, <br />the Office of the County Clerk is requesting a waiver from the Finance Committee and to <br />have this resolution and bill heard at the next Council meeting scheduled for April 20, 2010. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call County Clerk Kenneth Goodenow. <br />PR 0 7 201 <br />
