Please send a copy of the resolution and <br />acknowledgement of this contribution to: Mr. Juergen Denecke, General Manager, Na Leo 0 Hawai'i, Inc., <br />91 Mohouli Street, Hilo, Hawai'i, 96720. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a $75,000 contribution from Na Leo 0 Hawai`i, <br />Inc. for production costs associated with videotaping of Council meetings for the period 4/1/10 to 3/31/11. <br />Request the above - referenced matter be waived from the Finance Committee to the full Council for <br />immediate action, as it is advantageous for approval to be granted prior to the end of the current fiscal year. <br />DATE: 4/06/10 <br />
