1 .� <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ::/ STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 10 27 BILL NO. 208 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 -8 -33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE- <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -10) TO NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> COMMERCIAL — 20,000 SQUARE FEET (CN -20) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO DISTRICT, <br /> HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2 -2- 025:022. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25 -8 -33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo <br /> District, Hawai`i, shall be Neighborhood Commercial — 20,000 square feet (CN -20): <br /> Beginning at a pipe at the north corner of this lot, the east corner of Lot 7, Block <br /> 103, and on the west side of Kinoole Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning <br /> referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Halai" being 3999.23 feet south <br /> and 6887.71 feet east, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2705, and <br /> running by true azimuths: <br /> 1. 328° 10' 172.00 feet along west side of Kinoole Street; <br /> 2. 58° 10' 237.00 feet along Lot 4; <br /> 3. 148° 10' 172.00 feet along Railroad right -of -way (30 feet wide); <br /> 4. '238° 10' 237.00 feet along Lot 7 to the point of beginning and <br /> containing an area of 40,764 square feet, more or <br /> less. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> -1- <br />
