COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 208 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 -8 -33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE - <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL — 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -10) TO NEIGHBORHOOD <br />COMMERCIAL — 20,000 SQUARE FEET (CN -20) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO DISTRICT, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2 -2- 025:022. <br />SECTION I. Section 25 -8 -33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo <br />District, Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial — 20,000 square feet (CN -20): <br />Beginning at a pipe at the north corner of this lot, the east corner of Lot 7, Block <br />103, and on the west side of Kinoole Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning <br />referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Halai" being 3999.23 feet south <br />and 6887.71 feet east, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2705, and <br />running by true azimuths: <br />1. 328° 10' 172.00 feet along west side of Kinoole Street; <br />2. 58° 10' 237.00 feet along Lot 4; <br />3. 148° 10' 172.00 feet along Railroad right -of -way (30 feet wide); <br />4. 238° 10' 237.00 feet along Lot 7 to the point of beginning and <br />containing an area of 40,764 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br />made a part hereof. <br />
