Proposed Development: The applicants are requesting a Change of Zone from Single - Family Residential - 15,000 square feet (RS -15) to Single - Family Residential - 10,000 square feet (RS -10) for approximately 20,393 square feet of land to subdivide the property into two lots. Each lot will be approximately 10,195 square feet in size and will retain an existing single - family dwelling. Reasons for Request: According to the applicants who are brother and sister, they are both getting on in years and have a desire to separate their financial holdings. 3.
