BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Council Member Emily Naeole- Beason had requested $350,000 to help fund the paving of the <br />Kama'ili Road. On October 5, 2009, the Planning Department Director, via a memo responded <br />recommending approval for the requested funding from the Geothermal Relocation and Community <br />Benefits fund for Improvements to Opihikao (Kama'ili) Road. These funds will be expended for road <br />paving.
