Governments, and Office of Management and Budget circulars and <br />the effective edition of the Office of Justice Programs' <br />financial manual entitled "Financial Guide." <br />2. Grantee shall comply with all the <br />ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br />and local government which in any way affect its performance <br />under this Contract. <br />3. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br />audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br />Office of Management and Budget Circular A -133. <br />4. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br />of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br />Agency a Certification Regarding Drug -Free Workplace <br />Requirements which meets the requirements of the Drug Free <br />Workplace Act of 1988 (Pub. L. 100 -690, Title V, Subtitle D, <br />U.S.C., Title 41, Chapter 10, §702), hereinafter referred to as <br />the "Drug -Free Workplace Certification ". A copy of the Drug - <br />Free Workplace Certification shall be included in Part IV of the <br />Application for Grant. Grantee covenants that the <br />representations made in the Drug -Free Workplace Certification <br />are true at the time this Contract is executed and will remain <br />true throughout the entire term of this Contract and any <br />extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill all the requirements <br />Revised 8/09 5 <br />
