Acceptance of JAG Recovery Special Conditions) attached hereto <br />as Exhibit " A " and by reference incorporated herein. It is <br />understood that this Contract includes as a part hereof any <br />rules, relevant directives or instructions issued by the United <br />States or the Agency, including the provisions of the federal <br />Office of Management and Budget circulars and the effective <br />edition of the Office of Justice Programs' financial manual <br />entitled "Financial Guide." <br />B. TERM OF CONTRACT <br />This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br />from July 1, 2009 to and including June 30, 2010 <br />unless this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter <br />provided or unless this Contract is extended in accordance with <br />Section L. of this Contract. <br />C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br />1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br />forth in the Act and Recovery and all applicable federal <br />regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to <br />guidance issued by the Bureau of Justice Assistance, 28 C.F.R. <br />Chapter 1, Part 66, Uniform Administrative Requirements for <br />Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local <br />Revised 8/09 4 <br />
