Kenoi <br />Alarm <br />January 22, 2010 <br />Council Chairman J Yoshimoto <br />and Members of the County Council <br />County of Hawai'i <br />Hilo, HI 96720 <br />Dear Chairman Yoshimoto and Council Members: <br />It is my pleasure to nominate Sherman Warner of Council District 9, to the County of <br />Hawaii Environmental Management Commission. Mr. Warner is a 29 -year resident of <br />Hawai'i. From 1998 to 2002 he was employed by Dodger Endemol Productions as a <br />Broadway Producer. <br />Mr. Warner presently serves as vice president of the Waimea Community Association <br />and board president of the West Hawai'i Mediation Center. He recently was a member <br />of the South Kohala CDP Steering Committee. Mr. Warner states that he is a <br />Democrat. <br />Since March 2009, Mr. Warner has been a member of this commission, serving the <br />remainder of a term that expired in December 2009. He is eligible to be re- nominated to <br />serve a full term that would end on December 31, 2014. I would like to once again <br />respectfully request your review and favorable confirmation.
