6. Quarterly Reports. The Hawai`i County Civil Defense Agency shall provide a final <br />project report after completion of the project. <br />7. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving thirty <br />(30) days written notice. Upon early termination of the Agreement, the Hawai`i <br />County Civil Defense Agency shall submit an accounting of the work performed to the <br />Department of Defense, State Civil Defense, up to the date of termination within thirty <br />(30) days.
