We have enclosed a proposed Resolution for your favorable consideration. <br />We are enclosing copies of the staff Background and Planning Director's Recommendation, the <br />proposed floor amendments, transcripts of the hearings, and a copy of the PowerPoint <br />presentation for your information. <br />
