Easement S -3 7 -4- 021:004 (por.) and WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i had previously entered into Memorandums of Agreement with the landowners to allow them to donate their properties and reimburse the County of Hawai`i for utilities and road construction additives that may benefit these . landowners; and WHEREAS, the various landowners have donated these properties and easements as set forth in the Memorandums of Agreement; and WHEREAS, Article X11I, Section 13 -12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, provides that the Council, on behalf of the County of Hawai i, may accept gifts or donations of real property. -2-
