Lee Director We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2 (Moving Vehicles), Section 24 -267, Schedule 15 (One way streets), paragraph (f) Kona be amended by deleting existing item (1): This amendment is necessary to update the Hawaii County Code to reflect existing conditions. The Mamalahoa Bypass Highway including what is being called the Halekii Street Extension (four thousand feet) is currently open to two -way traffic from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., seven days a week.
