Lee, via Communication <br /> No. 896, dated July 21, 2010, requests amending the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, <br /> as Amended), Chapter 24, article 10, Division 2 (Moving Vehicles), Section 24 -267, Schedule 15 <br /> (One way streets), paragraph (f) Kona. <br /> Council member Dominic Yagong asked Department of Public Works Traffic Division Chief <br /> Ron Thiel about enacting this legislation after the fact. Mr. Thiel explained the Director of <br /> Public Works can invoke temporary authority on such changes for three months.
