STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 278 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 8, section 24 -293, schedule 41 (use of <br /> certain streets by certain vehicles restricted), subsection (0 Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code <br /> 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> (1) Vehicles [wig] having a gross vehicle weight rating of three or <br /> more tons [arcs_ veh cl_e we ght__.] shall not be permitted to use the <br /> hereinafter designated streets.
