COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 278 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 8 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L• <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 8, section 24 -293, schedule 41 (use of <br />certain streets by certain vehicles restricted), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code <br />1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />(1) Vehicles [with] having a gross vehicle weight rating of three or <br />more tons [ gross vehiele weight shall not be permitted to use the <br />hereinafter designated streets.
