Reasons for Request: According to the applicant, the reasons for the request are to <br /> provide lots for the respective family members of the landowners, while keeping the land <br /> for pastoral and /or equestrian use. <br /> 3. Project Timetable and Cost: The plans call for having the land being subdivided by <br /> mid 2011 and the estimated cost of improvements would be between $750,000 and <br /> $1 million. <br /> 4. Northeast Hawaii Community Development Plan: Adopted on June 26, 1979 by <br /> Ordinance No. 445, the Plan designates the area for agricultural uses. <br /> 9. Special Management Area (SMA): The property is not located within the County SMA <br /> boundary.
