Access: Access to the property is proposed to be from the Hawai`i Belt Road, which is a <br /> State owned and maintained roadway with a 24 -foot pavement within an approximate <br /> 100 -foot wide right -of -way. The applicant is proposing to construct a 20 -foot wide <br /> agricultural standard paved road within a 50 -foot wide right -of -way on the subject <br /> property for access to the individual lots. <br /> 20. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply, County water is available for <br /> only one of the proposed six (6) lots. The applicant is proposing to construct a private <br /> well system for potable, fire protection, and irrigation purposes. <br /> 21. Wastewater: There is no County sewer system in the area. The applicant will be <br /> required to comply with the requirements of the Department of Health for individual <br /> wastewater systems for the proposed lots. <br /> 22. Solid Waste: The applicant is proposing to handle solid waste by the individual lot <br /> owners hauling to the authorized landfill sites or transfer stations. <br /> 23. Other Essential Utilities and Services: Electricity and telephone are available to the <br /> site. The applicant is proposing to use solar photovoltaic systems to supplement its <br /> power needs.
