Access: Access to the property is proposed to be from the Hawai`i Belt Road, which is a State owned and maintained roadway with a 24 -foot pavement within an approximate 100 -foot wide right -of -way. The applicant is proposing to construct a 20 -foot wide agricultural standard paved road within a 50 -foot wide right -of -way on the subject property for access to the individual lots. 20. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply, County water is available for only one of the proposed six (6) lots. The applicant is proposing to construct a private well system for potable, fire protection, and irrigation purposes. 21. Wastewater: There is no County sewer system in the area. The applicant will be required to comply with the requirements of the Department of Health for individual wastewater systems for the proposed lots. 22. Solid Waste: The applicant is proposing to handle solid waste by the individual lot owners hauling to the authorized landfill sites or transfer stations. 23. Other Essential Utilities and Services: Electricity and telephone are available to the site. The applicant is proposing to use solar photovoltaic systems to supplement its power needs.
