Easement PA -4 (Part 1) (10 -ft. wide) for pedestrian public access purposes <br /> (containing a total area of 11,205 square feet) affecting Lot 9, as more particularly described <br /> in Exhibit 4 and depicted on Exhibit 9, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; <br /> 5. Easement PA -4 (Part 2) (10 -ft. wide) for pedestrian public access purposes <br /> (containing a total area of 2,565 square feet) affecting Lot 10, as more particularly described <br /> in Exhibit 5 and depicted on Exhibit 9, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; <br /> 6.
