No. 890 /Bill No. 276 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 8:29 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 276, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 276, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 890, <br /> dated July 20, 2010, amends Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending <br /> June 30, 2011, by adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Kapi`olani Street Extension <br /> (Mohouli Street to Lanikaula Street) 110.399.5395.79 $600,000 <br /> Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund — <br /> Fund Balance and /or Other Sources $600,000 <br /> This project is to extend Kapi`olani Street from Mohouli Street to Lanikaula Street to enhance <br /> traffic, pedestrian, ADA, and bicycle circulation between the University of Hawai`i at Hilo and <br /> vicinity and downtown Hilo.
