This project is to extend Kapiolani Street <br />from Mohouli Street to Lanikaula Street to enhance the traffic, pedestrian, ADA, and <br />bicycle circulation, between the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and vicinity, and downtown <br />Hilo. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Public Works. <br />C 610.
