Lee, via Communication No. <br /> 891 dated July 21, 2010, requests amending the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> Amended), Chapter 24, article 10, Division 4 (Pedestrians), Section 24 -278, Schedule 26 (Road <br /> closed to pedestrian traffic), paragraph (f) Kona. <br /> Council Member Brenda Ford introduced Department of Public Works Traffic Division Chief <br /> Ron Thiel as being present to answer any questions about the agreements regarding public access <br /> to these private roads. There was no discussion. <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Bill 277, and recommends passage at first reading. <br /> AYES NOES A&i?
