this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L. of this <br /> Contract. <br /> C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> 1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> forth in the Act and Recovery and all applicable federal <br /> regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to <br /> guidance issued by the Office on Violence Against Women, 28 <br /> C.F.R. Chapter 1, Part 66, Uniform Administrative Requirements <br /> for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local <br /> Governments, and Office of Management and Budget circulars and <br /> the effective edition of the Office of Justice Programs' <br /> financial manual entitled "Financial Guide." <br /> 2. Grantee shall comply with all the <br /> ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br /> and local government which in any way affect its performance <br /> under this Contract. <br /> 3. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br /> audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br /> Office of Management and Budget Circular A -133. <br /> 4. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br /> of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br /> Agency a Certification Regarding Drug -Free Workplace <br /> Requirements which meets the requirements of the Drug -Free <br /> 9 <br /> (revised 5 /2010) <br />
